Where: The Horticulture Center, Fairmount Park, 100 North Horticultural Drive, Philadelphia, PA
What: Cocktail attire, Dinner catered by Stephen Starr, Full open bar, Dancing all night
Cost: $65 per person

Tickets for the Perelman School of Medicine Formal, scheduled for Friday, November 16 at The Horticulture Center, Fairmount Park, will be sold for $65/each outside of Suite 100 during the following dates and times:
- Thursday 10/25 1-2 pm
- Friday 10/26 2-3 pm
- Thursday 11/1 1-2 pm
- Friday 11/2 1-2 pm
- Friday 11/9 2-3 pm
- Monday 11/12 1-2 pm
You may also pay for your tickets by dropping a check in the Suite 100 Formal ticket drop box or online via Paypal for $65 plus a $2 fee per ticket.
